Tuesday morning SpiceBox Organics hosts a Refreshing Summer Salads Workshop and later that evening Sushma Gidwani runs Awareness Lab: Techniques for Busy People at All About You Wellness Centre.

On Wednesday, Kanchan Panjabi is on trend with a Gluten Free Workshop at All About You Wellness Centre andSushma Gidwani will be at SOL Wellness offering Freedom from Emotional Eating.

Jenny Lethbridge is back in town Becoming Fearless at Karma Consultants on Thursday evening.
