Time for sharing

This week it’s time to look at time.

As the calendar pages flip past, we are feeling the crunch of so much to do and so little time. Public holidays are squeezing project deliverable timelines. Departure dates are looming. Postal deadlines have passed. The illusion of time is feeling very real.

In the spirit of the holidays, I invite you to take another look at the gift of time and consider the best possible gift you can give to someone you love.

Share the love with our new heartbeat business members — Kinesitherapy and A Day With Fe.

If your calendar isn’t fully booked, here are some dates … make your own personal care products at Be Beautiful, Naturally on Tuesday or join a spiritual discussion at Reflections on Intuition, Aging & Happiness. Find out about a new bodywork modality at an Introduction to Kinesitherapy on Thursday evening or sign up for an Energy Healing Course this weekend.

As usual, here are some fresh updates on the directory … the CleanBizAsia website features sustainable business news. Peter Lloyd is keeping Holistic Asia live without new content. For outdoor types, HK Climbing provides lots of local information. Veggies have a new option with local private kitchen Green Veggie and La Creperie offers buckwheat crepes if you’d like to take a little break from wheat or gluten.

The wonderful thing about time is that we can stretch it at will. Anyone who has ever sat in a peak traffic jam or waited for a phone call or watched a sunrise or practiced meditation or held a yoga pose for a full minute knows that the same 60 seconds can pass in the blink of an eye when we are flipping through the latest posts or reading the latest news or grabbing a quick coffee with a favorite friend.

What will you make time for this holiday season ?
