This week’s heartbeat is delivered with wonder at life’s many shapes of freedom.

We learn to take our freedoms for granted, especially within each day’s small moments.
Running late, out of breath, stressed out; it’s simple to allow life to take us over.
We run faster, we breathe harder and we continue to fill our days with the business of living.
One day it will all stop suddenly, without warning, leaving us to wonder what it is we’re missing.
Sometimes we’re lucky and we’re given a chance to have a brief experience of life fully stopped.
We can create new freedoms for ourselves and recapture those we forgot we had.
Where are your small moments of freedom?
