Plenty |
This week, we are experiencing a lot. There are plenty of changes to the schedule so I will keep listings brief with updates, postponements and cancellations on the website. There are plenty of posts about the virus going viral with a vast array of advice and we are grateful for insights from SARS in Perspective. There is plenty of trusted information being shared in the Facebook group and the simple tips are still the best: wash hands often with soap and water, wear a mask if unwell and get plenty of rest to keep well and stay ahead of it. Refill all those tiny plastic hand sanitizer bottles. Dispose of used masks in the rubbish bin. There is plenty of need for those requiring a health boost so please join me in taking a breath and sending light to everyone who could use a little something extra. There is plenty of time to get out into the great outdoors for some nature education and unstructured play time with kids of all ages. There are plenty of updates from our members offering wellness services and the Natural Health in Hong Kong wellness guide is currently in production, with useful information and relevant updates along with practical tips plus contact details for more information. There are plenty of reasons to support each other and stay realistic rather than buy into fears that make plenty of money for advertisers. We have plenty of love to share for our front line health care workers and even more faith in the resilience of Hongkongers. Do you see plenty? Naturally,
