Pi teaches people about the core of simplicity and that when we find our authentic beauty, we can heal almost anything. While dance is generally coordinated by the brain which tells the body to move, Inner Dance is an automatic and spontaneous movement of the self that actually catches the ego and the conscious mind by surprise. For his second teaching trip this year, the focus is on helping others find their own wisdom and truth.

Most of us associate yoga with poses, flexibility, and calm breathing on our yoga mat. This ancient wisdom of yoga offers something much deeper for our body, heart, and mind. Yoga is a way of being that allows us to live in harmony with ourselves and others, rather than something solely we perform on the sticky mat. Experience of Yin-Yang yoga practice, explore the Yoga Sutras and learn to apply these teachings in our everyday busy city life. This workshop is open to anyone who has a keen interest in exploring their yoga practice at a deeper level and all level of practitioners welcome.

On Monday, Dr Porter introduces most popular seminar, A Guidance Approach to Parenting, exploring the differences between controlling discipline which uses rewards and punishments to make children comply with adults; versus a guidance approach, which teaches children how to act thoughtfully. The following evening, the topic is Affluenza: Raising Well Adjusted Children of Privilege. Today's children of privileged families often experience two conflicting parenting methods: being coddled and indulged with the result that they do not learn to solve problems for themselves; and being micro-managed and pressured, with the result that they do not discover their own goals in life but instead work only for external rewards. Both of these trends make it difficult for young people to 'own' their lives and to construct a true sense of self that will be the source of their strength in troubled times.

May I ask you, what is love? Please sit down, tune in to yourself and contemplate on this question. If you recognize that there are heaps of emotions and conflicts boiling up inside you, probably this is a good meditation for you to look into this aspect. Sometimes in your real life, you realize that when you walk towards love, it shall somehow slip away from your eyesight. Why is this so? May be instead of pointing finger to any external party, it is time for you to seek within. When you start to seek, you develop willingness and congeniality to open up a doorway to your love shack. Let’s bathe in the energies of this New Moon and your crystals to prepare your being to return to love. Aphrodite

Love is the major life subject which lures the interest of people in general yet it is always very ambiguous in your perceptions. Have you ever wondered why? Do you know what is its the root cause? The need to know love is in you. Is it within you that you have the desire to seek and understand love. Imagine that you have sailed through thousands of life times as a human being, struggled with all the ups and downs, trying to seek the Passage to Love. But, you ended up more confused in love as all the delusions and muddles in your mind built up a strong puzzlement in you. Thus, you lost your valuable connection with love. Aphrodite. This workshop helps you to return to love as it is the core essence of your human existence. It is helpful if you have some basic understanding of crystals.

Mass-produced food production has meant many changes to the growing and distribution of foods, largely changing the make-up, quality and accessibility of nutrients. Pasteurization of milk is an example and while the process has proved useful in increasing the shelf life of milk and other dairy products and juices, it also destroys nutrients. Fermentation is a naturally occurring phenomenon preserving foods and making them more digestible, less toxic and more delicious. It is universally acknowledged is that bacteria has a positive impact on our digestive system, immune system, blood sugar balance, skin quality and hormone balance and plays a very important role in reducing inflammation. Kombucha is a fermented tea described as a delicious sour tonic beverage slightly sparking and a little like apple cider that provides support for the liver and the digestive and immune systems.
