We minimize our carbon footprint by using use locally grown, organic produce. We source sustainable seafood and all-natural meats, rice and pasta ingredients. Enjoy traditional Italian with a Hong Kong twist in a warm, rustic setting with earthy wood finishing for a casual dining experience. All home-cured meats and sausages made from natural, hormone-free whole pork. Our hand-made pasta made fresh in-house and served with slow-simmered sauces using local organic produce and meats sourced from neighboring farms. We source all ingredients with integrity and, whenever possible, locally to bring clean, all-natural produce from local farms to Hong Kong’s tables. All dishes are prepared with seasonal organic and natural farm-fresh produce hand-picked at its optimal ripeness and sourced from local farms by Homegrown Foods. All meats, poultry and eggs are hormone free and every dish is prepared without MSG to bring you healthy, delicious meals.
