A journey into self using creative visualization, music and dance, where the focus is on personal experience rather than performance.

Drawing on a fusion of philosophies and musical styles, spontaneous dance is used to balance the chakras or energy centres.

Catherine Chai is a locally born Hong Kong Chinese who grew up in a traditional Shanghaiese family. Her 15 year’s career within the family business has brought her to discover many aspects of her talents and abilities. One of those talents is being further explored when she became an accredited Dale Carnegie Trainer in 2000 where she discovered her passion in guiding people to discover their own innate abilities. In 2004, she set up the Wellness Department within her family business where she was able to start bringing the concept of well-being into the corporate environment. She is an active learner and throughout the years of her busy career life, she was able to learn different courses in bringing colors into her life. Now she would like to share her immense knowledge and passion with those who are willing to dance with life.
