[First Name], This week, we value care above all. It's easy to convince ourselves that nobody really gives a shit. Landfills are bursting. Food is making us sick. We are attached to our digital device. Bad news gets the ad dollars. We are getting whiplash from looking at all the wreckage. Still, there are ways to march forth into our brave new world. There is no question we are moving into a new way of being. We know that every choice has a consequence. We choose to learn from consequences. Or not. On the whole, lessons are being learned. We are many who care among others who don't. One of the most important things we can do to move through any challenge is to pull back and care for ourselves. Our world evolves quickly when we look for what we can do and let go of the rest, for now. It takes courage to change. And a huge sense of humor to look back at how beautifully complicated everything becomes when we hold tightly to beliefs and habits and patterns and strategies that served a purpose in a situation but now just create problems. The eternal trickster trips us up each time we try try to run before we can walk. We fall down, we get up and we take a breath before we try again. And we are grateful for the support that is always available when we get brave enough to ask for help. We care for body with nourishing food and regular movement and wholesome personal care products. We care for our mind by treating it well and giving it plenty of time to rest. We care for our soul with time in nature and time in service and plenty time for love. Luke and Susana Hancock take an holistic approach to wellbeing and have offered free entry for our personal members to their Self-Empowerment Seminar on Thursday evening and a special rate for the Nutrition Detox Course. They have also been kind enough to provide 1 complimentary ticket for a member who writes in with a reason why you would like to participate and would be otherwise unable to attend this weekend. The best way we can be our best self is to treat ourselves like we would like to be treated. Happy whole people create a happy whole world. How do you care for you? Naturally,
