More than drawing, painting, dancing, poetry, sculpting or filming, creativity explores our interpretation of the world around us. Exploring our deepest dreams and aspirations and identifying how we want to live and feel transforms the way we think and what we do with that information.

We will enjoy a guided meditation, practice gratitude and being in the moment and have lots of fun.

This workshop requires no training or skills … just enthusiasm.
Boost your wellbeing and happiness with creativity
Increasingly, life balance experts are recognizing the role of creativity in problem solving, stress reduction and anxiety relief, supporting improved relationships at work and at home and bringing joy which is vital for wellness.
Lindsey McAlister, local arts pioneer and Founder of the Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation, has witnessed the remarkable positive and transformative effects of arts and creativity on young lives over the past 30 years.
“We are all innately creative.” says McAlister, “Creativity is essential to everyday life, increasing happiness and wellbeing and Wise Woman is a natural next step.” Monthly workshops provide space to encourage imagination, daydreaming, reflecting on feelings and emotions to empower women of all ages and walks of life with wellbeing.
For many, long working hours are common. Time away from the desk is viewed as a waste of time and play is judged as an unproductive, guilty pleasure. Juggling travel, meetings and deadlines with family and social commitments is taking a toll on health and happiness in Hong Kong, one of the most dynamic cities in the world.
More than drawing, painting, dancing, poetry, sculpting or filming, creativity explores our interpretation of the world around us. Exploring our deepest dreams and aspirations and identifying how we want to live and feel transforms the way we think and what we do with that information.
