Intelligence Squared continues the debate … throughout history and civilization, religion has been a cause of peace and violence, tolerance and divisions, charity and selfishness. Four international thinkers will face-off in a stimulating Oxbridge-style debate. Speakers against the motion are Carlos Celdran, Filipino cultural activist and performance artist and Suhel Seth, renowned Indian commentator and Managing Partner of Counselage India. Discussion will be moderated by Jeremy O’Grady, Founder and editor of London’s The Week magazine.
