Hong Kong’s Annual Farmer’s Market
Now in its 16th year, the aim of Farmfest is to encourage the public to choose local produce. This year’s online event will feature hundreds of vendors selling fresh organic fruits and vegetables, chilled fish, dried seafood and ornamental plants along with local delicacies, kitchenware, household goods and eco-smart products.
NOTICE: In light of the latest developments of local SARS-CoV2 , FarmFest 2022 will be cancelled, while the concerned online sales will remain as scheduled. Members of the public can purchase local agricultural and fisheries products from January 11 noon to January 26 noon at the FarmFest website.

Vendors sell a wide variety of local agricultural and fishery products and related goods such as premium fresh organic fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, hydroponic vegetables, live/chilled fish, frozen fisheries products, dried fisheries products, salted fish, cut flowers and ornamental plants.
Shops also sell local delicacies, organic and health food, sauces/seasonings, cookware and natural household products.
Agricultural and fisheries exhibitions, educational displays, various fringe
activities such as cultural and entertainment performances, gourmet events, health talks, cooking competitions and demonstration will be presented in the 3-day event.
Hong Kong’s largest local farmers’ market features local premium produce, fresh organic fruits and vegetables, chilled and dried seafood and ornamental plants and selling local delicacies, gourmet food, household goods as well as organic and green products. Activities include cultural performances, health talks and cooking demonstrations presented for visitors of all ages.
Farmfest is an annual event jointly organized by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, Vegetable Marketing Organization, Fish Marketing Organization to encourage the public to choose local produce and promote the revitalization and sustainable development of local agriculture and fisheries.
