Keep hydrated and BYOB

With all this heat and air conditioning, it is very easy to quickly dehydrate so get your hands on a refillable bottle and drink plenty of water (steer clear of distilled — we need our minerals) and drop in a citrus slice of lemon, lime or orange for a bit of flavor. Another option is cooling herbal tea, easy to diffuse by placing bags or leaves in fresh water and letting sit on the counter for 3-4 hours.
