a reminder to take special care of yourself.

Amid the rumors and statistics and accusations,
there is a definite shortage of helpful advice.

Germs are germs and they’ve been around forever.
the way to prevent illness is to promote wellness.

Our new seminar series starts next Saturday morning.
local practitioners will help you be the best you can be.

In the meantime, here are pretty basic tips.
some are mom’s with a sprinkling of my own ideas.

Don’t pick your nose.
Use a tissue if you must.

Don’t share a bottle or glass with
anyone you wouldn’t kiss on the lips.

Always cover your mouth with a
tissue when you cough or sneeze.

Stay at home if you feel sick.
Germs are not meant for sharing.

Eat all your vegetables.
Cut down on sugar and fat.

Drink lots of water and remember
This means at least 8 glasses a day.

Distilled water is missing nutrients.
Try to drink mineral when it’s available.

Don’t touch your face
unless you’ve just washed

Hawking (spitting, not street selling)
has truly become politically incorrect

And, for heavens sake, if you feel the need
to put on one of those masks – take a minute,
and a bright marking pen to give it your best smile.

Are you feeling well today?
