HK heartbeat -- the natural network

This week, I am writing from our new tiny headquarters.

While I continue to clear and set up, things have slowed down with ancient internet.

When we emerge from this period of radical healing, new routines establish the road ahead.

There is just one message I want to leave you with from our very own Lii Na now living abroad.

Please support with paid membership or contribute to natural life in the fast lane. I am very resourceful ... details

"I would like to share with you as well that there is one community member that needs our support. Please check this funding campaign and consider helping Kinzie. All HK's sustainable, healing, personal development, and so on, space benefited directly or indirectly from Kinzie work in the last 20 years. Thus I am encouraging you to share here camping to your social circles and networks and allow more people in HK to support her." Pawel Seminiak

HK Pharmacists are taking your calls.

To alleviate crowds at physical shops and serve people isolating at home, HK Pharmacists have set up a free WhatsApp hotline offering advice for prompt treatment of symptoms with online dispensary and delivery services when isolating at home; all messages are assessed for urgency and care is provided on priority basis. Unable to find anything online, I prepared this for sharing. The Association is in touch with the HKSAR government to secure funding and cover the delivery costs (HK$100 average) for those who need help.
